I also provide creative based courses for those who are looking for success, positive change, and strategies that use proven methods to better align ones hopes and expectations; I have found that by practicing these methods and disciplines I can better develop, contain and sustain my creative energy;
This is not just about facts, information and tools all these are important and I do provide this in the courses... the main training, strategies and concepts I discuss in these courses is how to become the best you, the most powerful, creative and thoughtful person can be ... to dig deeper into ones culture and upbringing, what you think and feel and marrying your core persona with the hopes and dreams of who you want to be tomorrow.
I describe how I went about rebuilding and creating the person that had meaning for me... developing these new synaptic connections through training that will help to focus on any part of ones life allowing the unique creative energy that is currently dormant and allowing it to bring itself into being.
I am a Published Poet, Writer, Artist & Sculptor, and Singer & Songwriter. I work online as a mentor and help people who like myself have suffered major mental injuries and wish to find a some kind of direction... I also do website design, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing. This is my journey to help others...
I think I am one of the luckiest people in the world, I survived a childhood of abuse, at the age of 18 years old I fell 5 stories through steel head first into a concrete floor. I was in an induced coma for 2 weeks, 6 months in hospital and a life time of pain & health management issues.
I have died twice, once when I was revived in hospital after having a cardiac arrest during my initial accident the some 2 years later when out surfing I discovered that I had epilepsy and drowned... I do not want to take away anyone else's hurts, pains and struggles... I have had a journey that is interesting, I have met with and spoken to many people who have shared many different journey's and this has deepened my appreciation for Mental health and disabilities.
Mental Health Protocols: A Strategic Approach to Wellness
Mental Health Protocols are meticulously designed to serve as a win-win strategy, but they require a deft touch, subtlety, and diligent effort. In the vast tapestry of human existence, we have encountered every conceivable challenge throughout our history. Our ancestors endured the crucible of countless painful trials. Given this, meticulous planning is paramount.
So, what challenges do you face in your journey towards better mental health and well-being? In crafting your plan, let it be as profound and intricate as the boundless ocean, with twists and turns that keep you engaged. Leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of knowledge, both old and new, that can aid you on this path. Your plans should be sagacious, employing stealth and the element of surprise to unlock the success you seek.
Throughout history, planning, strategy and stealth has been recognized as a potent strategies. The wisdom of Sun Tzu, a luminary whose teachings have influenced strategy and planning doctrine for millennia, underscores the importance of these principles:
- "Let your plans for command and change be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt." - "All contests for change are based on deception. Hence, when we are able to make a change, we must seem unable; when using physical force, we must appear inactive; when we are near to making a change, we must make the opposition to our change believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near." - "Change where your condition is unprepared, appear where your condition is not expecting you." - "He will win who, prepared himself, and waits to take the opposition to change when it is unprepared." - "In this battle for your executive command and change to various sub-personalities of self, the way is to avoid what is strong and strike at what is weak." - "Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent's fate." - "The whole secret lies in confusing the opposition to change, so that such opposition cannot fathom our real intent." - "Attack the weaknesses of the opposition to health and well being to your person... Emerge to their surprise."
Mental Health Protocols epitomize these principles.
The concept of the Executive Command Onion embraces different layers to ensure the preservation of your energy, force, and command. The greater the attention to each part of the executive command onion, the better. Guard your thoughts and energy from being detected by negative forces, especially when you are at rest or in a weakened state. Guard against negative energy patterns (whether friends, family other confluences of circumstances.) that can steal your thoughts and cloud your executive command.
Stay close to positive energy patterns (whether friends, family other circumstances such as gardening.) that can strengthen your spirit, clarify your thoughts and grow your inner capacity for executive command.
The Layers of Command include:
1. Strengthen the Executive Command of your person... this is Your responsibility, your job. 2. Maintain mental discipline through regular physical exercises. 3. Cultivate mental discipline through regular mental exercises. 4. Develop daily plans to address your emotional needs. 5. Create daily plans to attend to your physical needs. 6. Establish weekly and monthly plans to strengthen your self-awareness, track your symptoms, and understand your medical condition through journaling and strategic planning. 7. Regularly consult with your GP, counselor, and other healthcare professionals when necessary and appropriate. 8. Continuously research new methods and approaches to health and wellness care and delve into your personal medical history. 9. Strengthen your moral and inner self through deep introspection into your executive persona. finally... Take breaks, relax, and make time for self-care. this is your job your responsibility.
By following these layers of command and embracing the wisdom of planning, strategies, stealth and surprise, you can fortify your mental health and well-being through planning with resilience and resolve.
I also do work helping people online... and work with colleagues I have grown to respect and trust relying on their many insights. I think my most important attribute has been the establishing of this website called 'The Mental Health Protocols' which describes how I rebuilt "the mental health ecosystem of strategies, plans, tools" that have helped me navigate this very complex world.
over 50 years of dealing with major physical & psychological adversity, hard learnt strategies through many devastating personal experiences.
how I created genuine and measurable success from pain and suffering.
How I grew from the pain and chaos of my life towards emotional stability and completeness...
Discover Your Own Inner Journey
I embarked on this project in response to enduring physical and psychological adversity since the age of 4, I have faced numerous instances of physical and mental trauma. When I turned 18, I experienced a life-changing accident, falling approximately 12.9 meters (equivalent to about 5 stories) through steel headfirst onto a concrete floor. As a result, I grapple with physical and psychological pain on a daily basis. This website serves as a testament to my journey and how I have learned to cope with these issues, including a particularly significant traumatic brain injury.
Throughout my life, to the best of my knowledge, I have explored every available avenue of rehabilitation and health treatment. I have meticulously studied and absorbed information from various books, delving into subjects encompassing health, history, philosophies, beliefs, and science. I have eagerly researched whatever life has graciously allowed me to explore.
In today's modern world, there is an abundance of success-oriented courses and guides claiming to assist individuals in almost any situation some may even work and they are definitely important. However these numerous pseudo health groups, organizations, and companies assert that they can help people without firsthand experience of living with major trauma and disability. I acknowledge the importance of health professionals but from personal experience in online groups this still leaves many thousands of people without the further help required to integrate suffers of mental health back into society in a sustained, achievable and successful long term manner.
I acknowledge the pain and suffering of others, and Its crucial to understand the uniqueness of my strategies, I am a genuine survivor. I do not intend to diminish the pain and suffering of others. I have encountered numerous accounts of individuals who have endured the most sever and life-changing horrors that this world can inflict upon a person ... however Medical professionals have validated my experiences, acknowledging their severity and extremity.
Let me clarify that I do not claim to speak on behalf of everyone who has suffered from major trauma and abuse. However, I have collaborated with and received assistance from many individuals who share similar experiences within my community. Through this collective sharing, I have gleaned invaluable knowledge.
By creating this website, I can articulate the methods, strategies, tactics, and exercises that have enabled me to reconcile my values, aspirations, life stories, and dreams. Through healing, growth, and the pursuit of a more fulfilling life, I have developed this ecosystem of healing strategies, plans and tools for better health and success. And in doing so I have developed my unique ability for success as an artist, published poet, story teller, singer and songwriter.
Do I still have challenging days? Absolutely. However, each day that I practice the ecosystem of strategies, methods, and exercises I have developed over the years is a day that I triumph. It may not always be a day of resounding success; it could be painful and distressing. Nevertheless, it is a day that I get to experience life, and that holds immense value to me it holds me to those things that are most valuable my family and friends but especially my daughter..
Should this ecosystem of plans, strategies, tactics, and courses replace professional medical advice? Absolutely not. In fact, an integral part of my approach involves seeking appropriate professional medical help.
If you believe you have suffered or are currently experiencing psychological injury, I strongly urge you to consult your local doctor or general practitioner as soon as possible.
In the realm of well-being, health, and leading a successful life, it is crucial to capture the ideas, thoughts, and philosophies that encompass the very essence of the desired success and health. This entails understanding the context that aligns best with your personal journey, taking into account your current state of being and circumstances.
Through my extensive conversations with individuals within my community, I have come to realize that each person possesses a unique knot of psychological connections that require attention and resolution. Overcoming these psychological entanglements, issues and injuries, further complicated by incomplete ideas, irrational behaviors, and flawed traits, has been a humbling and enlightening experience.
Over time, these incomplete and flawed patterns of life gradually develop into increasingly intricate negative behaviors. Consequently, they deprive us of both success and our rightful sense of well-being. Such negative character traits propel us deeper into the nightmarish realm of psychological trauma, encompassing conditions like depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D), and various other forms of psychological distress.
By reflecting on previous discussions, I aim to enrich the ideas presented here, emphasizing the importance of capturing the essence of success and health. Moreover, recognizing the complexity of our individual psychological struggles and the role incomplete ideas and faulty characteristics play in perpetuating negative behaviors is crucial. Ultimately, addressing these issues enables us to reclaim our well-being and steer ourselves from further psychological trauma and allowing our creativity and success to make itself appear in our lives.
This is my experience and journey...
