Hi my name is Adam,

I am an Artist, sculptor, singer, song writer, poet, and writer.

I think I am one of the luckiest people on earth... the problems is I have a bad memory due to a traumatic brain injury and need to keep reminding myself (smile).  I love to sing, write music... and when I am not doing these things I spend my free time on art and writing.

I also do work helping people online... I work with colleagues I have grown to respect and trust relying on their many insights.  I think my most important attribute has been the establishing of this website called 'The New Protocols' which has helped me navigate this very complex world.  It is based on what in my culture we translate to the protocols ... and relates to deep understandings and knowledge of the world that our old ones and ancestors have passed down to us through word of mouth.


1.  Why is it important to examine our own person and bias's ..?

The most difficult symptoms and illnesses that I have faced after my accident and when I began working on my childhood issues included anxiety, panic attacks, flashbacks, depression and complex post traumatic stress disorder.  I have had to learn to live with and manage these issues developing various strategies, tactics and exercises.  There are common strategies and exercises which each person must learn and use to mitigate the symptoms for these types of illnesses and to help heal the many wounds that are part of the human condition.  However in my experience each person learns according to their circumstances when and how best to apply these fundamental lessons.  In the 13 steps to success I examine in detail the subjects relating to examining ones person and bias... These include living Life by stratagem, Living in motion, weak and strong points and much more.


2.  The importance of properly accommodating oneself to the world on my journey to connection and healing...

Understanding how we as individuals perceive the world is one of the fundamental issues that will decide how well we will do in life.  How I as an individual perceived the world created bias which were completely opaque or invisible to me... when I began to explore these issues it was like a great weight had been lifted from my whole person and I could begin to perceive the world in a more informed and successful manner... from interpreting emotional and physical reactions to other more subtle  stimulus.  It was working with specialists in this field that I was able to better reveal my true nature and person... better uncover hidden memories and find positive ways by which I could find a better pathway to success.

3.  Navigating your life changes...

To achieve the success, well-being and the better health that I was seeking I after making the appropriate calculations that this is indeed the path that was right for me I then committed to making the specified changes in our life...  Once committing to this course I then able to go about preparing myself for the journey... and just as in any journey we undertake the success or failure of such an undertaking is based on our preparations...  Therefore whatever you do prepare prepare prepare. 

Your preparations should be such that each step you take toward your goals should be as natural as walking up the path to your front door... and opening that door to your success is like opening the door to your home.
