Introduction to healing

Those who have been successful in life throughout history first put themselves beyond the possibility of defeat, and then waited for an opportunity of winning the goal they seek...

Based on the writings of Sun Tzu - the art of war

Introduction to healing...

Hi my name is Adam, I am an Artist, sculptor, singer, song writer, poet, and writer.

I think I am one of the luckiest people on earth... the problems is I have a bad memory due to a traumatic brain injury and need to keep reminding myself (smile).  I love to sing, write music... and when I am not doing these things I spend my free time on art and writing.

I also do work helping people online... I work with colleagues I have grown to respect and trust relying on their many insights.  I think my most important attribute has been the establishing of this website called 'The New Protocols' which have helped me navigate this very complex world.  It is based on what in my culture we translate to the protocols ... and relates to deep understandings and knowledge of the world that our old ones and ancestors have passed down to us through word of mouth.

Here is my story...

Laying Plans;

In considering my life, health, purpose and in seeking success I have after much time been able to muddle together old and create certain new methods, processes, and what I have come to understand as my pathways to healthy living...

After my accident at the age of 18 years old, I unconsciously began preparing myself for the long years to come;

1.  My first journeys were what I describe as spiritual and cultural I began to look inwards.  I began to ask questions... who am I, what is wrong with me, why am I here and how am I going to find my way to wherever it is I am meant to be going...

2.  After these few tentative seemingly unconscious attempts at coming to terms with myself and my person... I turned to the next step in my journey which was to cement my immediate needs for in this time medical science had not to my comprehension been able to establish a criterion for which to measure those who have suffered from these particular types of psychological injury.  This included studying human anatomy and physiology, learning yang style tai chi and Maori carving.

3.  Over the years I read and studied as much as I could to find out about the questions I needed to ask so that I could then set about answering those questions ... I learnt as much as life had given me the gift to learn...

In doing this I first learnt to examine the numerous meditations relating to new beginnings or redesigning and refining how I perceive everything I sense...

In these preparations for changing my life I had to focus on the laying of plans for my journey toward health, well-being and success.

Inner Design & Engineering

The new protocols is about my journey toward learning practical information so that I could deal with my many psychological injuries.  I explain the methods and disciplines I use to better align my hopes and expectations.

Practicing these I  was better able to develop and contain my energy; through studying my circumstances I found I could connect to my emotions thus better able to harmonize my thoughts and apply my actions in a more successful manner to all  aspects of my life.

-  Healthy living disciplines, exercises, strategies and tactics that provided me with immediate help in dealing with anxiety, depression, P.T.S.D, and other assorted psychological injuries.
-  Intro - the five constant Rules of life  is a scaffold by which I can investigate and reflect on the forces that govern my every life.
-  the thirteen steps to Success in these protocols we examine in detail the tactics and actions you need to know when creating greater success in ones life.

(the five constants and the thirteen steps to success are based on the Art of War).

To secure ourselves against failure lies in our own hands,
but the opportunity of winning the struggle is provided by life itself.

Thus a successful person can secure oneself against failure but cannot be certain of success.  Hence the saying: One may know how to be successful without being able to do it.
